What’s included
Room sensor
One in each main room
Detects presence and movement without a camera or microphone. Nothing to wear, charge or press.
Bathroom sensor
Designed for greater privacy
Detects presence and movement without showing what the person looks like. It can highlight when someone has remained in the bathroom longer than usual.
Front-door sensor
One on the main entrance
Shows when the door opens and closes, so the system can tell when your parent may have left home or returned.
Home hub
One per home
Connects the sensors to the OdeCare service. It stays plugged in and requires no daily attention.
A two-bedroom home uses seven devices in total. We bring them, install them and check that the complete system is working.
How it works
Step 1
Send us a message
Contact us through WhatsApp or Telegram. No long questionnaire and no online checkout.
Step 2
Confirm the home and the price
A specialist asks about the layout, the number of rooms and any pets or specific needs. You then receive the exact kit, installation plan and final price. You pay only after confirming the details.
Step 3
We install the system
An installer arrives at the agreed time, mounts the sensors, connects the hub and tests every room.
Step 4
You get access to the app
Once installation is complete, the family app begins showing activity and the current status of the home.
1-year warranty on all hardware · 30-day return period
Why OdeCare
A pendant or watch only works when it is being worn, charged and within reach. Many families do not want cameras watching the home, especially bedrooms and bathrooms.
OdeCare works through sensors installed in the home. Your parent does not need to remember to wear, charge or press anything.
Pendant or watch
Cameras
OdeCare OdeCare is designed to work throughout the day in every room where a sensor is installed, without requiring any action from your parent.

Before you buy
Price & payment
It’s all-inclusive: the full kit sized to her home — the hub, a bathroom motion sensor, a door sensor and one radar room sensor per room — plus a care specialist who installs everything in one visit, and the first 6 months of service. There’s nothing else to buy to get started, and no setup fee on top.
The first 6 months of service are already included in the price. After that, the service continues at €29 a month — that’s what keeps the monitoring, the family app and your specialist support running.
You can cancel anytime, with no contract. The equipment remains yours. Cancelling ends the ongoing care service rather than switching off the sensors.
You continue by WhatsApp or Telegram, where a specialist confirms the kit and the exact price for her home before anything is paid. Nothing is charged until you’ve seen the exact figure and agreed to it — you never type card details into a checkout page.
Yes. There’s a 30-day return with a full refund if it isn’t right, so you can see how it works in her home before deciding to keep it. And all hardware carries a 1-year warranty.
Delivery & installation
A trained care specialist brings everything and installs it in one visit — sensors mount on the wall like smoke detectors, the hub plugs in. There’s nothing for you to assemble or configure and nothing for your parent to wear or learn, and the specialist checks everything is working before they leave.
Yes — someone needs to let the specialist in and be there while the sensors are placed and checked. Your specialist arranges a time that suits your parent when you first message.
The best way to know is to message us with your parent’s address, and your specialist will confirm coverage and install timing for that area. If we don’t cover the area yet, we’ll say so.
Yes — this is exactly the situation OdeCare is built for. The specialist installs everything at your parent’s address, and you follow the whole day from your own phone, wherever you are.
Radar senses movement, so a pet moving around can register — which is why the specialist places and tunes the sensors during the visit with your parent’s household in mind. Mention any pets when you first message so the specialist can plan for them.
Privacy
No. The sensors use radar, which senses presence and movement as radio reflections — there’s no footage and no audio anywhere in the home, and nothing that can leak. What reaches your app is words about where she is and how the day is going, never images.
The app shows words, never images: where she is in the home and how the day is going. You can’t see her or watch a live feed, because none exists — it’s a sense of the day at a glance, not a window into her rooms.
The sensors sit on the wall — no lens, no light, nothing to interact with — so most parents stop noticing them within a few days. Because there are no cameras and the app only ever shows words, you can honestly tell her no one is watching: the point is to help her keep living independently, and she can pause or remove it whenever she wants.
Only the family members you invite into the app, and the care specialists supporting your parent, can see how their day is going.
We do not sell users’ personal data to advertising companies. How data is stored, processed and shared is described in our privacy policy.
The sensors use low-power radio — the same family of wireless technology already in phones and home routers — and they sit on the wall rather than being worn or held. If your parent has an implanted medical device and you want to be certain, your specialist can talk it through before install.
How it works & after you buy
OdeCare is a care and awareness system, not a medical or emergency service. It shows how your parent’s day is going and quietly tells the family when something needs attention — but in a real emergency you still call your local emergency number.
If the power or the internet goes down, the hub can’t report — and OdeCare won’t hide that. You’re notified that the home has gone offline, and the app shows the status until the connection returns. If a sensor stops reporting as it should, message your specialist and they’ll help you sort it out.
It suits a frail or forgetful parent well, because there’s nothing to wear, charge, press or learn — the sensors simply sit on the wall. The family sees how the day unfolds, but it isn’t a substitute for hands-on medical care, so pair it with whatever clinical support your parent needs.
Yes. You can invite the family members who should be kept in the loop, and each follows the day from their own phone — so no single person has to carry it alone.
